Ryan Builds a SWEET Deck

This is one sweet deck that Ryan has built using our Thin Air Press System. He built his own foam mold for this project and laminated 1/4″ Baltic Birch for the deck material.
I especially like how clean his design is. Everything works with this deck, the paint, the shape, the wheel cutouts all work together to make one sweet deck. Ryan even made a test deck to work out the design before building the deck.
Here is a picture of him testing the prototype.
I can hardly wait to see what he comes up with next.

WOW! Ryan,that’s one of the best boards I’ve seen in a while! You’ve inspired me to tackle making my second board. And I don’t even skate that much! Keep it up, i’m looking forward to seeing more cool artwork.
